Movement is Freedom

 Yoga is a practice of self inquiry. Everyone is different and has their own needs moment to moment. The practice asks you to recognize how you are feeling with gentle noticing, non-judgment, and without trying to change anything, meet yourself where you are. Start with matching your energy to the pose. If you are feeling tired start lying down. If you are feeling energetic and strong, start with a strengthening flow. 

Here are a few yoga shapes for inspiration to feel FREEDOM in YOUR body. 


Seated twist for wringing things out - deep breaths to release what isn't needed.


Connect to your seat, lean back to find length and lift off.


Active pigeon pose with hand to foot connection.


Standing half moon for our current 🌙 cycle.


Cobra for fierceness.

Do what you want.
Do what you need.
Do what you feel.
Body autonomy is a human right. 

These days it can feel challenging to be alive. 
Continue to take care, find joy, gratitude, and hope in all the ways that fill you up.
