Online options for moving, breathing, meditating & rest.
Creating an online space of support has been such a wonderful way to find connection near and far. I plan to teach this fall on Wednesday evenings 7p-8:15p ET, 9/29/21 through 11/17/21. I hope you will join me for slower, mindfully paced movement with breath awareness, focused attention, moments of meditation, quiet, and rest. This class is taught online via the zoom platform, cameras can be on or off depending on your comfort level, multiple options are given, props are encouraged, and invitational language is used to enhance personal empowerment.
Classes are pay-as-you-can ($5-15) via PayPal, as an accessible way to share the benefits of moving, breathing, meditating, and rest. If you are having issues with the link, or you don't have a Paypal account, please email me (heronyoga@gmail.com) for other options. My aim is to continue offering pay-as-you-can classes in addition to a free class per season.
Once you pay for class, members of your family/household are welcome to attend.
I'll send the zoom link by 6pm on Wednesday.
If you have any questions/feedback or requests for practice please reach out.
Feel free to share this offering with anyone who may be interested.

These classes are live streamed from my home in Melrose located on native land of the Massachusett/Pawtucket tribe.
Melrose is celebrating its first Indigenous People's Day this year.
I found these websites helpful in learning the history of the land and how to support the ongoing reparation for those who came before us.
