FREE Gentle Yoga & Guided Meditation Practice
Wednesday 11/30/22 
7:30pm-8:30pm ET

This will be a cozy practice, so wearing warm, loose clothes (sweatpants!) in layers, with socks/sweatshirts/sweaters, and a blanket to cover up with during the meditation may help you relax more. I plan to share ~30-40 minutes of gentle movement followed by a ~20 minute guided meditation. A yoga mat/towel, blocks, extra pad for knee cushioning, bolster, blankets, and an eye pillow are other great props to have nearby. Cameras can be on or off depending on your comfort level, multiple options are given, props are encouraged, and invitational language is used to enhance personal empowerment. 'Unfold & Unwind' is a guided meditation I wrote a few years ago that highlights our connection with nature. This meditation practice offers a space to ease into the seasonal shift of fall into winter. For those who can't join the zoom, listen on your own time here.

These classes are live streamed from my home in Melrose located on native land of the Massachusett/Pawtucket tribe.
